How many people can we fit in the helicopter?

We have two different aircraft – one helicopter that can hold up to 3 passengers and another that can hold up to 5 passengers.

Is there a weight limit?

Yes. There is a weight limit of 265 LBS (120 KG) per person. If your party consist of multiple people, there is a group weight limit. These are specified in each individual booking option.

What do I need to bring?

The person booking the tour must present the credit card used to book the ride and their matching photo ID. There are no exceptions to this rule. If you do not have a VALID photo ID and matching credit card – you will be turned away.

What if the weather is bad?

If the weather does not work in our favor – we will reschedule your flight to another time that is convenient for you. Heli Chicago makes the final determination of weather.

What if I am running late for my tour?

we ask you to arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled tour time in order to get you checked in and go through a safety briefing before your flight. If you are more than 15 minutes late – you may forefit your tour for that day or be cut short. if you need to reschedule because you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a $100 rescheduling fee may apply. Please be on time.

Where do tours depart from?

All tours depart and land back at the Schaumburg Regional Airport – located at 905 W irving Park Rd Schaumburg IL 60193.
